- Eye Lashing Lifting: This is the secret to longer luscious lashes! Like a perm for the lashes, it sets the shape of natural lashes curling them upwards using a solution. Lifting the eyelashes works great in combination with a tint and results can last for several weeks.
- Eye Lash Tinting: This is when the eyelashes are dyed to produce a similar effect to mascara. It visibly lengthens, darkens and thickens the hair without smudging, clotting or rubbing off making it a fantastic option for maximum results with minimum effort. Great for busy individuals who don’t have the time to get the mascara and curlers out every time! Results can last for several weeks.
- Chemical Peels: A chemical peel is when a solution (usually of an acidic nature) is applied to the face to remove dead skin cells and stimulate the growth of new cells. The aim is to improve the appearance of the skin by reducing age spots and evening out skin tone. Our experts will analyse your skin and advise a treatment protocol based on your skin needs.
- Non Surgical Rhinoplasty: Also known as ‘the liquid nose job’, this is an aesthetic treatment rising in popularity with women and men alike. It works by carefully injecting dermal filler on various points of the nose to improve the side profile and even out any bumps. This is an advanced procedure and is carried out by our medically qualified staff.
- Dermal Fillers: At Weston Cottage, we use premium fillers made from hyaluronic acid which is found naturally in the skin. Dermal fillers aren’t the same as neurotoxins like ‘Botox’. While anti- wrinkle injections are placed into muscle to ‘freeze’ them and reduce wrinkles, fillers smooth out the skin by restoring volume and filling in the wrinkles. Collagen used to be a common filler, but today, most fillers use hyaluronic acid. Thanks to it’s ability to store moisture, hyaluronic acid is responsible for giving skin a plump, hydrated look. Creams and serums can not restore lost volume—only injectable hyaluronic acid can. Once injected, it can add to the natural plumping action, or replenish your body’s natural production of hyaluronic acid, which diminishes as you age. - Microneedling: This is when the skin is pricked with small needles to create controlled trauma to the skin. - Dermaplaning: is a cosmetic skin treatment that uses an exfoliating blade to skim dead skin cells and hair from your face. It is also called micro planing or blading. Dermaplaning aims to make your skin’s surface smooth, youthful, and radiant. This treatment can help with deep scarring from acne and uneven pockmarks on your skin. It is also used to remove “peach fuzz” (the short, soft hairs on your face)
- Hyperhidrosis: It has been estimated that 1-3 in every 100 people suffer from excessive sweating. At Weston Cottage, we can reduce the amount of underarm sweating. Our qualified experts use a preparation of Botulinum Toxin (also used in anti-wrinkle treatments) which is injected in the armpit.
